📋 Agreement overview
Welcome to Teen Patti Master! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teen Patti Master mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using Teen Patti Master, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service is void where prohibited by law. We may require age verification at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@teenpattimaster.com.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
The Service may include virtual currency (“Teen Patti Master Gold”, “Chips”) and virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world value. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, or modify Virtual Items at any time.
- In-app purchases are processed via Google Play/Apple App Store; their terms apply.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific rules announced in the game.
- Cheating or exploiting to obtain Virtual Items may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Exploit bugs, use automation (bots), or engage in any activity that disrupts fair play.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game's code.
- Use multiple accounts to manipulate tournaments or leaderboards.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination.
6. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and any Virtual Items may be forfeited. You may delete your account by contacting support.
7. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Patti Master disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Teen Patti Master, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) during the six months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India. You agree to waive any class-action rights.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, ad networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, sound, and code in Teen Patti Master are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express consent.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Teen Patti Master.
- Waiver and Severability: Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign them without our prior written consent.
