Sequences & Points
The 13–card skill game loved across India. Learn pure and impure sequences, how sets work, points calculation and exactly what makes a valid declaration.
Valid Declaration Rules
To declare and score 0 points, you must arrange your 13 cards into valid groups containing at least two sequences.
Pure Sequence
A consecutive run of 3 or more cards from the exact same suit without using any Joker. You cannot win without at least one pure sequence.
Impure Sequence
A consecutive run of 3 or more cards where a printed Joker or wild card replaces a missing rank in the sequence.
Sets (3 or 4 Cards)
Three or four cards of the same rank but from entirely different suits. You can also use a wild Joker to complete a set.
Rummy Points Calculation
In 13-Card Rummy, points carry negative financial weight. The goal is to minimize hand score or declare at exactly 0.
